Dillinger Huette GTS is Europe's leading heavy plate manufacturer with the widest dimensional programme and a product range that covers all carbon steel grades. Dillinger Huette GTS specializes in heavy gage products (up to 40 mm in thickness, up to 36 t individual plate weight) as preferred for the production of offshore structures such as platforms, monopiles etc. Nearly all North Sea offshore platforms built in the last 15 years as well as most of the existing offshore windparks base on structures made of Dillinger's steel plates. But also in the onshore towers and as very thick base plates in the turbine section one can find Dillinger's steel.
Due to its outstanding TMCP rolling technology Dillinger Huette offers specially designed high strength steels (beyond S355) with excellent weldability and proven fracture toughness behaviour.
For all tubular based structures Dillinger Huette co-operates closely with the most well-known tubular manufacturers. Extra service can be given through its Heavy Fabrication Division offering forming, cutting and edge bevelling. |
